Todmorden Train Station⏰ meeting at 09:30 for a 09:45 start? lift shares can be organised in our whatsapp community chat? approx 12km??‍♀️ Heather (she/her)Meet at Todmorden train station, where we will then set off on a loop up to the iconic Stoodley Pike monument. On the way, we will pass Gaddings dam and take the stone path across the moors. We will head back down to Todmorden via the Pennine Bridleway and the canal towpath. We will finish at the Golden Lion for some excellent Thai food, if you fancy! There is plenty of cheap parking near the market in Todmorden, or there are regular trains from Manchester Victoria.*Hopefully we get better weather than our August 2024 visit (in the header photos)Please make sure you sign up as spaces are limited. If you can no longer make the walk and have signed up please do cancel your spot so that somebody else can take it as we usually have a waitlist.We now have donation tickets available with all donations going directly to our Community Fund. You can read more about it here.This is a social walk not guided so everyone is responsible for themselves, the route is on our Komoot profile so take time to familiarise yourself with it before we head out.This walk is for women and NB folk who feel comfortable in a space that centres women.
